Worklist Viewing ability for Substitute Operator
Our requirement is, when operators add another operator as a substitute; When substitute operator logs into the application, they should have the ability to view the assignments of the operator that added substitute operator as a proxy.
How do we achieve this ?

Hello,
I don't think you can do this Out-Of-The-Box so you will need custom code.
Maybe when the user login you can check if he is substitute for another user and based on that change portal presentation to add another assignments list.
