How to build WorkBasket/Worklist view section when Grid view is specific for each basket/WorkGroup.
Hi team,
We have a scenario where we need to display Work basket view. Pega has provided a generic OOB view as a section. We need to customise this view which can accommodate the different view based on Basket selection.
For example a user have access to >50 Work baskets and each of basket view need to be captured with different columns. How to build this requirement? There are few options from my side
1. Create different grid based on basket and conditionally display
Maintainability is very high, Rule update is very tough
2. Create Circumstance versions of the sections
same scenario for Worklist display which is based on Work Group
Is there any other approach which is easy to build and maintain?

Hi,
Are there significant differences from one workbasket to the next? If not, you might be able to conditionally display the columns themselves. I haven't personally tried it, but depending on how many differences there are it might help keep the view maintainable.

There are significant differences in View. Columns are totally different.
What is best practice in this case?
