Hi Colleagues,

My application was generated for Constellation, but since the customer have no infrastructure for Constellation in place, I need to switch to Theme Cosmos (classical UI).

I Changed the settings in the Application rule, to Pega Platform (Traditional UI), base application Theme-Cosmos. I also added UserPortal in the Access group.

Now I am facing unpredicted behavior - for some users the case is run in Constellation UI, for others - in Classical Cosmos UI

How Pega determines what to use - Comsos or Constellation? Is there any additional flags/Settings?
