Whether attachment on S3 repository will automatically be archived/purged once the case is archived

We have a requirement of archiving and purging of cases.

The cases have attachments which are present in S3 repository locations.

We need to know whether the attachments in S3 will also be automatically be archived and purged once the case in purged/archived.
