Where can I create a test case for Strategy rule from?

Hi,

For PegaUnit testing, test case can be created from pop up after executing "Run" button.

Convert to test

However I am unable to find this "Convert to test" button when I execute "Run" button in Strategy rule. Where can I create a test case from?
