I assume you are referring to a usecase where the Decision Table (Rule under test) is referring to another clipboard page other than the primary page. In the above usecase, while execution of the PegaUnit, as long as the other page is available to the rule under test, it would work. For ex- if a data page is being accessed by the decision table, it would get automatically loaded on access and no separate setup or preloading may be required in the PegaUnit setup. But if the decision table is referring to a simple named page, then it is expected that the page be made available to it during run time, which can be achieved using Setup in PegaUnit. If no setup is done, Decision table will continue with its default behaviour which may be to interpret the page.property value referenced to be empty and returning result based on that.
