Dynamic Decision Table execution in DSM(Strategy)
Hi,
We have a requirement where the Decision Tables are present in another system(PDFS) and we have to fire the tables in the strategy when required, the name of the decision tables comes into the strategy as a data page property.
I am aware of the ObtainValue() function which is used in the activities to execute a decision table but it doesn't work when I try to use it in a set property component of a Strategy, is there any other way to do this in DSM.
Please let me know if I can implement this in DSM.

A quick experiment has been done for this case.
Long story short, to call a Decision Table with dynamic name, the function @ObtainValue should do the trick.
The experiment I did was:
1. Define a decision table called DT on the applyTo class of the strategy
2. In the strategy put a setProperty with the following settings:
The expression I used to set pxSegment is:
@ObtainValue(@Utilities.getPublicAPI(),Primary,.pyName,true)

In which the segment is set correctly.
The experiment is done with defining the Decision Table in a different system though.
To make sure your case work, you may also check:
- how the @ObtainValue is used in the expression?
- Where is the decision table defined? On the applyTo class of the strategy OR the result class of the strategy?
- Are there any pages&classes or parameters mappings required for the decision table?
