Can we create a test case in different rule other than the rule class?

My rule X is in class - A-B-C or PegaIns-Data-

i have created a test case in the case type class for which the rule belongs to - C-D-E-F(case type class name )

 

now can i refer my test case in my X rule .

 

I tried in this way but the association was not happening between the testcase and rule .

 

please help me with this .

 

Note : if i create a rule and test case in the same class then it will work i know .
