When we open any workobject in Pega portal. Cross button beside Case ID in the tab is not visible always. We want that cross butto

 

When we open any workobject in Pega portal. Cross button beside Case ID in the tab is not visible always. We want that cross button to be visible always. Please suggest the solution.

Did you check if there are any visibility conditions on the cross icon in the section?

I am unable to find that cross icon in pega. I think its written in backend java.  You can also try be opening any work object in portal. You will also observe cross icon only on hover of tab. Please let me know if you find any solution.
