@Raju_Yadav Whenever you start an interaction, you provide a key for that interaction. That key is usually the customer account number or some other known identifier. In your screenshot, you are trying to retrieve a value from an interaction on startup. You have not even started one yet, so there's nothing to retrieve anyway. The purpose of interactions is to store data related to a given customer (or account, record, etc...) and be able to switch between them without losing data.
