Can I get Pega Robotics older version software package?
Hi Team,
How can I get Pega Robotic automation 19.1 or older version software package for a internal project issue learning and self understanding of the solution prepared of that version before migration.
Could you please help with installation package that helps a lot for my work.

Yes, you can usually get 19.1, but it isn’t listed by default. First confirm your company has a current Pega Robotics license and that your Pega Account Admin has given you “Download Software” access. Then sign in to my.pega.com, open Digital Software Delivery, and search for “Pega Robotic Automation 19.1” (Studio and Runtime). If you don’t see it, open a Support ticket and request an older-media download for the exact version you need, including why you need it; Support will enable a one-time download or share a link. Ask for the latest cumulative patch for that line as well. Before installing, check the compatibility matrix for Robot Manager and prerequisites like .NET and Visual Studio, and do the setup on a test VM. Don’t use 19.1 for new production work since it’s out of support and may have security issues. If your admin can’t grant access, your Pega customer success manager or partner contact can also request the media on your behalf

You can get Pega Robotic Automation 19.1 or older only through your company’s licensed Pega account, not Community Edition. Ask your Pega account admin to give you “Download & Patches” access in My Pega, then go to Digital Software Delivery and search for “Robotics/Robot Studio” and “Robot Runtime” under Archived or Previous Versions. If 19.1 isn’t visible, open a My Support Portal ticket asking Pega to enable legacy installers for your entitlement. Confirm licensing for Studio and Runtime (floating or local) with your license server team. Check the 19.1 prerequisites before install, typically .NET 4.7.x and Visual Studio 2017/2019 matching the Studio build. For learning and validation, install in a clean VM and keep it off production networks. Use the matching cumulative patch for 19.1 if Pega Support provides it, so your Studio and Runtime builds align.

@SamanthM17546013If you login to my.pega.com and your company is licensed for Pega Robotics, you can download all available versions from there by selecting Software then My Software from the menu.
