Does Workforce Intelligence come as a package along with Pega Robotics Process Automation package?

If we have purchased Pega RPA/RDA studio and the runtime instances for our organization, does it also include the workforce intelligence product? Do we have to procure the Deployment portal server seperately?

I have already looked into the links below which doesnot talk about the licensing and other details
