I am able to access PRPC (trial) with the above link however i want to install Runtime for WFI to work . From where can i find a Runtime setup / utility for WorkForce Intelligence .
Please provide the installation, implementation and user guide for Pega Workforce intelligence .

Hi, AnjaliK3465 - the same Pega Robotics Runtime that is used to execute robotic automations is used for WFI. There are settings in Runtime configuration that turn on submission of desktop events to WFI. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve, however. The runtime must be able to authenticate with Pega WFI cloud in order for events to be received and analyzed by WFI. Since WFI is a subscription service, there is no free version of the WFI cloud. A prospective or an existing customer can contract with Pega for a WFI trial, but this is done through the official company sales channels. If a customer signs up for a WFI trial, then they work with a Pega Solution Consultant to activate the cloud connection that ultimately enables the runtime to provide WFI capability. At the individual user level you cannot accomplish a WFI trial just by yourself or somewhere on prem.
