Setting working hours in Workforce Intelligence (automatically)
Hi Pega network,
does anyone know if there's a way to use configuration files to set automatically working hours for Workforce Intelligence. Now, every time a user starts Runtime at the beggining of the day, a window is shown to set these values. In that same window you can set the next 7 days but, is there any way to avoid showing this window to the user and have this configuration set by an admin?

Hey MarioM90
You can disable the Expected Hours prompt and automatically generate the user's work hours, or shift, using the First/Last model. The First/Last model means the shift will start with the first event runtime sends containing user activity and end with the last event runtime sends containing user activity.
In order to disable the Expected Hours prompt then your admin needs to disable the following property on the Runtime Settings tab in Robotic Automation Deployment Portal.
<IntelligenceOptions enabled="false">
One caveat is disabling the Expected Hours prompt will also disable the Off-Computer Code prompt when the system goes into Idle state. In the next release, you will have the ability to manage these prompts independently of each other.
