Pega Robot manager does not display packages when the automation is deployed in Pega Robot Manager
Hi,
We check the following article and set the configuration to deploy the automation from Pega Robot Studio to Pega Robot Manager.
Depoying is succeeded, but the package is not visible in Pega Robot Manager.
I found the data page "D_pzFetchAutomationPackages" is used in the Packages page in Pega Robot Manager. This data page returns the result of the activity "pzFetchAutomationPackages" when the parameter "CalculateUserCount" is true. If not, the data page returns the result of the report definition "pzFetchAutomationPackages". The report definition returns the packages we uploaded, but the Packages page in Pega Robot Manager use the data page with the parameter "CalculateUserCount" is true and returns no packages.
Please advise why Package Manager does not return package list.

Hi Takahiro,
Could you verify the default access group used by the operator deploying the package from Robot Studio it is for the same application that you are using to access Robot Manager?
Starting from Robot Manager 8.7 the packages are filtered by application https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-robot-manager/872/modifying-package-details The packages associated to your application stack will be displayed but if the package is associated to a ruleset that it is not in your application stack you won't see it in the Robot Manager console for that application.
Is this the case?

@Angel Hermira Is there any documentation about this subject (how all these rulesets/application intertwine at this point)? We are currently running into the issue that we don't see any package info in the package overview.

The packages deployed are associated to the first ruleset declared in the application used by the developer deploying the packages from Robot Studio. The application is determined by the default access group defined for the developer operator.
