Pega robotics runtime unkown software exception

Dear All,

While running a process, I am receiving this error frequently. Robot stops working and these 2 errors comes up.

I am not able to understand root cause of this exception and error.

Openspan.Runtime error and "unknown software exception 0xe0434352"

Please help me and suggest me any solution.
