Exception from HRESULT: 0x800AC472

Hi,

Got Exception from HRESULT: 0x800AC472 while closing Excel document. I used close method to close the excel file. 

Could you please let me know what is the reason for getting the error and Please me let me know how can I resolve this issue.

This exception generally comes if there are any licensing issues with Excel. Please check if you have any licencing issues at your end and also check if there are any errors logged under Windows Event Viewer.

Actually this issue was coming at customer end. But i don't think that is there any licensing issue and don't have access to Windows Event Viewer to view the logs.
