what is the best approach to create 2 million bulk cases using activity

Hi All,

My requirement is i used data flow , this will process and generate 2 million records after that i have to create cases , please let me know the best way can we implement , is there any OOTB activity to create bulk cases , at present iam creating one by one record (case), due to this its taking more time,

I want commit the data after complete all cases creation or 5000k records complete cases creation .
