Visual Business Director- Empty Screen

Hello,

The following error is shown when Visual Business Director is launched from IE 11.

Application Error: ClassNotFoundException

When VBD is launched from Chrome nothing is displayed. Please suggest how to get VBD working.

There is a similar issue discussed here: https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/vbd-wont-launch-719-exercise-system

You may have to upgrade your JRE. By the way, can you reach prpc.local?

Hi Maryrita,

I went through the article link you suggested. I am using Pega 7.1.9 and Java 8 JRE is the version being used. Still the VBD displays empty screen.
