Expired Certificate Error - Visual Business Director

I'm taking the Pega Decisioning Consultant course and am receiving an expired certificate error when attempting to run Visual Business Director.

My network security settings won't allow me to open the app with an expired certificate

Is it possible for someone to update the cert so that I can run the app?
