Error Running Visual Business Director

I'm currently taking Pega Marketing Consultant. I'm trying to run Visual Business Director, as part of an exercise, however I'm receiving the attached error.

Hi,

While the engineering team will have a look at it, can you try with Chrome? My assumption is that you are trying in IE now, right?

It sounds like your are running an older version of PRPC, which defaults to launching the original applet version of the VBD Planner for some browsers. Which PRPC version are you using? 

Like what Miki has suggested, the easiest way is to use Chrome instead.
