Videos time out

Can't view any of the videos in Safari or Chrome. They get timed out and there's an error message saying the data couldn't be downloaded

Hello Carlos

All videos on the Pega Marketing Consultant course work fine. Is there a specific example you can share? Have you seen similar behavior when playing videos from other Pega courses, for example Pega Decisioning Consultant? In general, do you have a good Internet connection?
