Lock out time

Hi Mesh members,

work object was locked by user for certain time, even after he completed the work item and submitted. Another user was unable to work on that work item due to this.

Any suggestion please ? where can we decrease lock out time or how to avoid this scenarios ?

Hello Praveen,

I want to take a quick step back. You say the first user is done with her work and has submitted the item before user B even tries to open it? In that case, assuming the item has been closed and not left on a perform harness in a tab in A's browser, the lock should have been given back. If that's correct, you may want to take a look at your process to understand why your locks are being retained when the item is closed.
