Vertical and Horizanatl Scroll bar is coming after upgrading the application from 5.5v to Pega 7.1.9

After migrating the application from 5.5 v to 7.1.9 , we are getting Vertical and Horizantal Scroll bar is coming unnessecirily which is not presend earliar version. please suggest where to check. I tried with Layout width fill(100%) and other availeble options here.
