Vertical Scroll bar is not coming after upgrading the application from 5.5v to Pega 7.2
We are upgrading an application from 5.5 to 7.2. In previous version the harness contains the panel set which is deprecated in pega 7.2 and so we have used screen layout instead of the panel set. But using of screen layout have some couple of issue though it is responsive. One of the major issue issue we have found is the vertical scroll not comning in some of the portal and hence the full part of the screen is not visible. Is there any hot fix avialble for this. The version is we are using is 7.2.

Hi,
In PRPC 7.2, I tried using a Screen layout and the vertical scroll is displayed.
Please try with administrator login(OOTB level) first with a simple Screen layout configuration so that your customizations will not effect the configuration. Also send the screen shot of the Screen layout configuration.

Hi,
The scroll bar is not coming only in one portal. Remaining is working as expexted. We have used the screen layout and pega Dasboard section for report. We are using google crome browser. Find the attachment for more info.

Hi Avijit,
Are you using a custom skin for the portal? If yes, then could you use the OOTB skin and see if the vertical scrollbar appears.

Try modifying the css for that class and add overflow: auto or overflow: visible if you want both horizontal as well as vertical layout otherwise overflow-x: visible for horizontal and overflow-y: visible for vertical as per your requirement.
for exmaple if u have a class scree-layout-body then go to the additional css for the skin corresponding to ur page and there add .screen-layout-body{
overflow:auto;
}
