User Portal Search Icon/Search Box Click Call activity [using Action Set- Add an action- Run Activity] to Show WO In Review Harness-Pega7.1.8

Hi All

My Requirement is once Portal Search Icon/Search Box Click Call an activity [using Action Set- Add an action- Run Activity] to Show WO In Review Harness

using Show-HTML /Show-Harness , also show in data grid/repeating layout using Show-Harness. I am using Pega7.1.8. I should not use Action Sets other options Like Lauch  [Action Set –Add an action -Launch Harness and refer an activity]. I am seeking help any way I can only invoke activity when Search Icon clicked in Search Box - in Portal which inturn show the Work Object in Review Harness, or Show Work Objects in Repeating Grid.

Note: When I tried with Launch Harness with OOTB GetWorkByID activity is showing WO Review Harness, but when only refered GetWorkByID using action set action Run Activity ,Pega adding lot of additional activities and then calling Work- GetWorkByID then is not displaying any UI.
