User cannot use solution as they do not have Office 2016

We have released a solution that includes Excel functionality, our user base use Office 2013, and I developed and tested with Office 2013 (in PEGA 8.0.2021.0). It will not allow the user to use these functions and Runtime returns errors both on launch and during the export.
The solution is only going to be used for a small number of people and Office upgrade isn't feasable, is there anything I can do in PEGA so it can use 2013?

You can check the version of "OpenSpan.Office.dll" in Runtime installation folder, if it is version 2016, then replace the "OpenSpan.Office.dll" from office 2013 folder and try to run the solution. Also make sure that the office version should be as 2013 in RuntimeConfig.xml
