Pega 6.3 SP1 not working with Microsoft Office 2016

Document generation is failing with error ' Initialization Failed. Unrecognized Microsoft Word version. Only Word 2010, Word 2007, 2003, 2002, and 2000 are supported'. Any thoughts on resolving issue with out Pega version upgrade.

Hi Krishna,

I am afraid to inform you that PRPC v6.3 SP1 is not supported with Word 2016. For 2013 we have a hotfix available. You will have to use the earlier versions.
