Upgrade Estimator is stuck - How to restart the process
Hi,
I've installed the upgrade estimator tool on a PEGA 7.2 version to estimate the cost of upgrading our application to 7.3.1.
I started the estimation process ("Calculate Effort") and it started normally but it then froze at 3%. Server restart didn't change anything, it is impossible to restart the estimation process, I always get the same page that estimation is in progress (3%) (even with a different user).
How can I reset completely the estimation process to the initial point and then restart the process ?

Hi Franck,
When you navigate to the upgrade estimator display are you able to notice any errors in the log files?

indeed, I see this kind of error in logs:

Does it means that Upgrade estimator needs an external WS to work ?

I am not pretty sure about the internal functionality of this utility and if these errors are being noticed during the upgrade estimator functionality then it might be related.

Were you able to figure out the issue and proceed. We have similar issue where the progress is stuck at 0 % with the below exception.
Rule-Connect-SOAP.Data-PostUpgradeIssue-ServicesService-.TyGetDataForFilters Exception
com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidParameterException: cannot be null/empty. page: DataPage. Details: Invalid value for aReference passed to com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPageImpl.getString(String)
