Upgrade from CRMHC 7.22.1 on Pega 7.2.2 to Pega 8.x

Hi We are currently using Pega Sales automation of CRMHC 7.22.1 on Pega 7.2.2 and planning to Upgrade to Pega 8.x. Please let us know the latest and best/tested 8.x version to upgrade.

Also please help me in process, do we need to do separate upgrade for Pega 7.2 to 8.x then on top of it do we need to upgrade CRMHC 7.22.1 to CRMHC 8.x or the upgrade bundle takes care of both. Please suggest

Any documents is highly appreciated. Thank you..

The latest platform and Pega Sales automation version for you to upgrade is 8.3.

Yes, you will need to do separate upgrade for platform and frameworks. First, upgrade your Pega platform 7.2 to 8.3. Then upgrade Pega Sales automation framework to 8.3.
