Update case - DX API
Hi All,
I want to update case status using DX API call without submitting particular assignment. Do we have any OOTB Constellation DX API to achieve this requirement?

We can update the case using combination of GET and PUT method of /cases/{ID} DX API. Please refer this article - Update Case via DX API for detailed steps.

@Aditi Mehta Thanks for you response. The article which you have provided was for Traditional API. In Traditional API we have PUT method for update case. I was actually looking for Constellation DX API.

In Constellation DX API although we don't have the PUT method similar to traditional API; we can use PATCH method to run a local action and perform the case update.

You can update the case status through DX API through this API; however, you need to create a local action to update the case status.

@RameshSangiliIf I want to update embedded properties how it needs to be done? In my request there are embedded page and pagelist properties that needs to be updated using perform case action api. What are the steps that needs to be done?

The below are the API’s we will use
First case details by using One DX api GET operator and take action ID and assignment and pass this two parameters to perform action on assignment
