Unauthorized user able to enter case in perform mode
Hi All,
When the "Approver user" rejects the approval flow (OOTB approval flow), case route to alternate Stage . Here we have the assignment routing to "ABC" work queue.
Though "Approver user" doesn't have access with the "ABC" Work queue, he is able to enter into case in perform mode.
How to restrict or what might be the cause.
"Approver user" doesnt have sys admin role.

Hi @AjayL16588457: Open work queue record -> In the work queue tab there will be a section for roles. In this you can add the role for which user can access the case from the specific work queue.

But when the WO moved to Work queue, only person who is having the access should be able to access the work object rite based on Work group or Work queue adding in the Operator ID. But Issue is "Approver user" dont have access to Work queue "ABC" but still he able enter in perform issue.
