Unable to start process OUTLOOK.EXE Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE faile
After we upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I encountered this error message when I tried to interrogate a windows application or run the bot using Pega runtime:
“Unable to start process OUTLOOK.EXE Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE failed”.
I am using Pega Studio and Runtime version Proprietary information hidden.

@HannaPascual You should not need to interrogate Microsoft Office Applications using Pega Robotics. We provide connectors for the various Office applications to interact with them.
If this was working for you though. and the only change has been to upgrade to Windows 11, make sure you are running a version of Pega Robotics that supports Windows 11 (Version 19.1.108 or greater or any version of 22.1). You might also upgrade the Pega Native Foundation (PNF) to the latest one as well. PNF can be upgraded independently from Studio or Runtime. You can acquire the installed by downloading the latest Studio or Runtime version. The installed for PNF will be contained within the ZIP file along with all of the other installers should you wish to upgrade anything else.
