Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe failed
We have a RDA bot installed in user machine. When user clicks on the bot it should be able to open IE and login into specific application. But user is getting the below error.
Received following error in user machine "Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe failed"
I have seen some suggestion for above error but those were during the interrogation. This is happening only for one user who recently got upgraded to Windows 10.
User has Pega robotics runtime 1090 version installed and using Windows 10
Can anyone suggest how can we fix this issue.

Since that version is really old ( >18 months), I would suggest upgrading to a later build. I suspect that later builds of Windows 10 will not work with that old of a Runtime as we have made changes to support these later Windows 10 builds.

Sorry I just saw your response.
As the issue was getting escalated we upgraded user to 2026 to see if it fixes the issue and user confirmed that the issue is fixed after upgrade.
