Unable to start process internet explorer. Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe failed
Hi,
We're encountering an issue on IE browser with the error message "Unable to start process iexplore.exe. Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe failed".
We are currently using Pega runtime ver. 19.1.76 running on machine with OS ver. 2004.
Do we have any resolution to address the issue? Appreciate much your response on this matter. thank you!

@NelsonD5355 You can try using the Pega Native Foundation from 19.1.88 to see if that resolves the issue. Windows 10 2004 should be supported in PNF Proprietary information hidden4 which came with 19.1.76. If you are using an older version of PNF, that may be your issue. It may also be security software that is the culprit as well. If this was working before a recent Windows update though, it is likely the PNF that needs to be updated.

Hi @ThomasSasnett the issue was gone when we upgraded the OS version to 20H2 and re-installed the Pega runtime ver. 19.1.76. This actually happened to a new machine so everything are first time setup. I appreciate your response on this matter. Thanks a lot.
