Yep, it worked thanks a lot. It would be even great if you could throw some light on why this had to be done. TIA

Hi,
Sorry for late reply. We spent more than a month to resolve this issue and we had a WebEx with Pega Support team also but didn't worked.
Finally we started trail and error and figured after changing this setting it was working. We didn't get any idea why this setting causing this issue.
Thanks,

For me, changing the BrowserBitness (from Properties) to Default fixed the "Unable to start process iexplore.exe" issue.

Hi iRAMARAM,
Your given solution is skipping one issue of "Unable to start process iexplore.exe". Now the problem is after opening web application say www.google.com the interrogation form is behaving like Windows interrogator as it contains only 3 interrogation methods and doesn't include the Select Element and HTML Table Designer. More over the bulls eye is not binding with the targets to create controls, instead it is creating one control over whole webpage.
Kindly look into this and suggest the solution if someone really done with it.

I am also facing this issue even after changing the output publisher setting to "off"

In addition to changing the output publisher setting to off, another poster commented to change the browser bitness to default instead of 32 bit. This resolved my issue.
