unable to open a pdf file (Token problem)

Hello, 

I have a problem to open a pdf file which is obtained from external service. I got the error in the attached screenshoot: Could anyone tell me which kind of problem this could be?

The token one looks more like an authentication issue. We use tokens to make the document more secure.

Try to share these details with the source application and get the correct token details.
