Unable to map REST API response when there is an ""(double Quotes) in the text property

In Rest API response (JSON format) we are getting "" for one of the text property because of that we are unable to see the response in the UI. We are getting an exception like" unable to map the incoming response to response.POST page. Service rest in Pega application only. Could you please help us on this. We are in production we need to fix as this ASAP.
