Additional quote added to value in BIX extract file when data contains double quotes "

We have an issue when data contains double quotes ", additional quote is getting added to the value in the extract file.

Example:

Actual property value : Aquacel Ag Foam External Pad 10"X12"
BIX extracted value : "Aquacel Ag Foam External Pad 10""X12"""

Any suggestions on how this additional " can be avoided in the extract?

I have reproduce the same in Pega 7.4.

Looks like it is a bug. please raise SR for further investigation.
