Replace double quotes in the request that is sent to Connect-REST

When we are sending a request with double quotes in it to Connect-REST then we are not getting error. So can you please let us know how we can handle such scenario

Sample text is as given below :

RACK,17"X23"WIDE,ALUMINUM SAUNDERS
