Unable to logon to the PegaRULES System

Hi,

We are getting an error message as below, when your user clicks on logout button and we are using SSO.

Any idea why we are getting this error?

Hi Munikatta,

Did you customize the logoff activity?

OOTB, i could see this error coming from CustomAuthenticationExample activity from Step2.

Please check if you are passing correct value for param.From in Step1.

Hi,

Can you trace the user remotely and verify what activity is being called on log off. In OOTB when the user with PRPC authentication logoff, an activity "LogOff" will be called. In your use case, suspecting that you might have the custom activity ruleset to the user's accessgroup.
