Unable to log remote IP addresses

I have the Pega 7.4 Platform running behind an F5 load balancer. When log entries are written, the IP address of the F5 is captured in the logs as opposed to the remote IP that is accessing the system. The F5 is configured to send the IP address to Pega in a header, but Pega doesn't seem to be picking it up.

Is there some configuration change I can make to have Pega catch the remote IP from the header and use it for logging instead of the F5 address?
