Masking Email addresses in Log file

Looking for options to mask Email adresses in log files.

We are using Email BOT and the log files has email address in the logs which we need to mask as it is a sensitive data.

Kindly suggest

Are you looking for masking email address and still have the masked email address details in the logs ? Could you please elaborate the use case with purpose of having masked email address in logs..
