Unable to create casetype from case explorer
Hi All,
We are getting below error when we try to create case type.
Update record failed: Improper usage of the choose best ruleset api. User specified a ruleset on the page for a record which either exists in a branch or their personal ruleset.
When we traced, we observed that this message is coming from Java step of pzApplyRecordAPIStatus OOTB activity.
Can anyone please help on this.

When you are getting this message, you can also see for which rule (casetype, datatransform, Activity) this is failing. And post that you can see if that rule is already present in any other branch or locked ruleset.
As part of case type creation there will be rules which gets created like the casetype, datatransforms, activities etc, and if any of them is already present in branch or locked ruleset this issue occurs.
