Unable to create application in 7.2

We have an upgraded environment of Pega i.e. 7.1.9 to 7.2 using Oracle database. In this environment if we are creating new application we are getting below exception,

There was an error generating the application. Please contact your system administrator if the problem persists.

And I can see the posts like we need to create a private synonym, can you please share the more details.

A Rule-RuleSet-Name could not be saved due to 0 error(s) on it: Unknown

Hi All,

The issue got resolved when we recreated the below OOTB DB view, as it was corrupted having spaces within the column name.

PWBV4_RULE_LOCKING
