Unable to access cloud instance in SAE in PRPC version 7.2 as well as 7.3&7.4

Hi, Can someone help in accessing could instance uninterruptedly, i am getting error often while practicing exercises and when unable to access cloud exercise system after the error for a while. attaching the error snip for your reference.
