Two different nodes are looking the same DB in a cluster but Class is not appeared in one of the node both design time and runtime
Hello dear friends,
I've encountered an unusual issue that seems to be caused by caching.
A business user is generating Segment rule for the Campaign through the Customer Decision Hub. Pega is generating respective Class, Data Set and Data flow rules and etc. behind the scenes. Campaign run thrown an error. When we check the Batch nodes one by one, the class rule of the segment is not found in the one of the batch node. Why it happens and what are the recommendations except node restart in order to solve this issue?
