there are two different user interface but which refer same section, class and layout, i want changes for one UI in layout.?

There are two different user interface but which refer same section,class and layout.

In section there are four layout in that four links i want to change for one link. is there any possible way to changes for one UI ?

Keep the link which needs to be changed in a separate section and embed that to the main section. Now circumstance the section with link based on your application condition for which the link needs to be changed.  Even rather than doing that another alternate approach can be using two different cells for those two links with proper visibility condition.
