how to do: two users with the same permissions can operate on the same section

Hi,
If you just want user 2 to be able to perform their updates independently of each other, but not necessarily at the exact time time, than you might be able to leverage a Spinoff flow. I haven't personally used this functionality in a while, but I believe it would allow two assignments to exist for the same work object. The only catch would be that only one user can work on a single work object at a time (due to how work object locking works), so the assignments would not be actionable at the exact same time.

Hi,
It sounds like you have two separate users who need to add data separate sets of data to a single work object. If I'm understanding your scenario correctly, at a high level you could accomplish this by having your flow include two separate assignments. The first assignment could be completed by the first user, who adds their data in via a flow action, and the flow can then route the 2nd assignment to the 2nd user, who can add their data in via another flow action.

Alternatively, you could set up your workflow so it spins off two child cases, one for each user. Once those child cases are completed, their data could be copied back up to the parent case. Where they are two separate work objects, they could be locked individually and truly worked in parallel.
