Then in each agent activity you need to handle the exceptions and on the failure step you can call one generic activity to send the notification to the manager or sys admin. But this will not work if the server went down in between.

Hi,

You can use the value of StepStatusGood in your agent activity and use SendEmailNotification activity for sending the message when it goes down. Also, you can add log message as well.
